Will Savage Swipe resolve if its casted on creature affected by summoning sickness

Yes - summoning sickness only prevents the creature from tapping immediately (whether to attack or use an ability). Fighting does not require the creature to tap.

And an important note, it can still be tapped by something else, just not use its own abilities with or in the cost, or attack.

So Azami, Lady of Scrolls can tap a wizard that just entered the battlefield despite summoning sickness. Azami can even tap herself, because the tap symbol isn't used in her ability. But she can't attack, and if she had a Paradise Mantle, she couldn't tap for mana.
