Will Jeleva's Arsenal of spells grow or exchange?

Topic pretty much says it all.
In a game of EDH/commander, the second plus time Jeleva, Nephalia's Scourge is summoned from the command zone, would the first set of exiled cards still be usable via her effect?

Now, her ability only sees her current period on the battlefield. If she is removed, whether it's be removal, blinking, bouncing, it's considered a different period of existence.

They would not. When a card references its own name it means "this object"; a card becomes a new game object whenever it changes zones (with a small handful of exceptions). They have no memory of their previous existance, and so Jeleva cannot see cards that "another" Jeleva had exiled.
