Will Gnarlback Rhino's damage boost of 0/X change from 0/3 to 0/7?

Gruul Beastmaster attacks and uses it's ability on Gnarlback Rhino . Titanic Growth was then used on Gruul Beastmaster .

If you pump the Beastmaster during the declare attackers step in response to the trigger Boza is correct. If you pump the Beastmaster anytime later in the turn then the pump to the Rhino will not change.

The rhino will get +6/+0 (or +7/+0 if riot was used to give it the beastmaster a counter), as the power of Beastmaster is checked upon resolution of the ability.
