Will Firemind's Foresight tutor for Turn / Burn in the 2 CMC search?

Specifically speaking, if I cast Firemind's Foresight grab an instant with CMC of 3 (i.e. Bolt of Keranos ), can I then use the repeat search for a CMC of 2 to grab Turn / Burn because the Burn half has a CMC of 2? Or do I add up the sum totals of 2U (Turn) and 1R (Burn) for a CMC of 5?

In all zones except the stack, split cards have two sets of characteristics. Turn / Burn has CMC 3 and CMC 2. You can find Turn / Burn with either the CMC 3 search or the CMC 2 search.
