Will Door of Destinies trigger?

i have Xenograft in play and named dragons. Then i cast Door of Destinies and named dragon as well. i cast a creature card, will Door of Destinies trigger?

No it will not. Xenograft says that it only applies to creatures you control, which means that you have to have the creature on your side of the battlefield for Xenograft to apply to it. Creature cards in your library, graveyard, hand, exile pile, stack, and creatures that you own that your opponent controls are not affected. A creature you cast won't be affected by Xenograft until it hits the battlefield, and by then it's too late to trigger Door of Destinies.

Conspiracy works for this because it contains "Creature cards you own that aren't on the battlefield, creature spells you control [...]" in its ability text, which covers this. Note that it refers to "creature cards" and "creature spells", which are what they are called when not on the battlefield/stack, and then when on the stack, respectively.
