Will Casting a Spell from Isochron Scepter Trigger Abilities?

If a player controls an Isochron Scepter as well as a creature such as Guttersnipe or Young Pyromancer, will casting a spell with the scepter trigger the abilities of those creatures?

Caerwyn, that is very good to know, because, by impriting Dramatic Reversal onto the scepter, a player can deal infinite damage to their opponents if they control a Guttersnipe.

Yes it will as Isochron Scepter is actually casting the spell--it specifically states in the card's rules text that you cast the copy created by Isochron Scepter.
