Will Call to the Grave sacrifice creatures that are more than just Zombies?

If I have Call to the Grave in play, and say I also have a Cairn Wanderer or an opponent's creature taken by Dread Slaver , will I be forced to sacrifice those creatures because they are more than just Zombies? Or is it as long as it's at least a Zombie it has protection from being sacrificed?

Call to the Grave reads "...non-Zombie creature..." Even though those creatures have other creature types, they are still zombies.

Non-zombie means "not a zombie". Cairn Wanderer , the creature raised by Dread Slaver , Festering Goblin , etc. are zombies, and can't be sacrificed to Call to the Grave .
