Whispersilk Cloak and other equipment

So if I have a creature and attach Whispersilk Cloak does it mean I can't equip any more equipment? Also it wouldn't make equipment previously attach Fall off would it?

The creature would have Shroud, so you could not target it with another Equip ability. Any Equipment already attached to the creature would not become unattached.
