Which instance of "is" and "becomes" trumps the other(s)?

My opponent has a Godhead of Awe in play. I have an Aven Mimeomancer and a Nightsky Mimic in play.

I put a feather counter on the Mimic, go to combat phase, and swing the Mimic. My opponent plays a Turn to Frog on my Mimic so he can block it on the ground (let's say his Godhead is tapped). I let that spell resolve, and on a new spell stack I play a black & white instant which goes unanswered.

What is the status of my Mimic at this point? What is its P/T and is it flying or not?

It's a 1/1 with no abilities. It starts as a 1/1 because of Godhead of Awe, then becomes a 3/1 flyer because of Mimeomancer giving it new p/t with a later timestamp. It then becomes a 1/1 with no abilities because of Turn to Frog having an even newer timestamp. Casting a black/white spell does nothing unless there's something relevant on the spell, as the Mimic has no abilities.

The important rule for this question is Timestamps and Layer 7b.

In layer 7b, effects that set Power/Toughness to a certain number are applied.

If multiple applications occur in the same layer, timestamps are applied:

613.6. Within a layer or sublayer, determining which order effects are applied in is usually done using a timestamp system. An effect with an earlier timestamp is applied before an effect with a later timestamp.

Each setting of the power/toughness of your creature overrides the previous one(s) for its duration (if it has one, otherwise, it's permanently overridden).

With this knowledge, we can say with certainty without looking at anything else, that your creature is a 1/1 with no abilities due to the fact that Turn to Frog is the most recent application of Power/Toughness, so it overrides all previous applications.

Note that at the cleanup step, your creature returns to a 3/1, not a 1/1, because Aven Mimeomancer's application has a more recent timestamp than Godhead of Awe.
