Where does Doran, the Siege Tower go when he gets tucked (exiled) in tiny leaders.

Asked by Gibson94 7 years ago

I was playing tiny leaders the other day and my Doran, the Siege Tower got tucked so I went to go put it back in the command zone and I was told that it instead goes to the bottom of my library, is that true because I can't fin that information any ware.

Q: if a Leader would go to your library, can you put it in the command zone instead?

A: This is a holdover from the French EDH rules (Duel commander), one that we did not take when we made the rules for Tiny Leaders. "Tucking" as it's colloquially called, was deemed early on to be a part of Magic and a good way to combat some of the nastier Leader-centred strategies that some decks employ.

A (short): No.

First link I found when googling "Tiny Leaders tucking". Though that is from 2014 and may be out of date

The new tuck rule that you can put your commander back into the command zone instead of the library only exists in the Commander/EDH format. No such rule exists in Tiny Leaders. If your commander gets tucked, it gets tucked.

That's the same entry that I found as well. One of the top picks on Google.

Denial048 I found that too but was not sure if there was an updated one that someone might have known about.
