When casting Archive Trap by it's 0 cost, can my opponent count it with a Spell Snare?

Hey, guys, I suppose YES, because you're casting the spell by an alternate cost. Like with Evoke Shriekmaw, right?
To make it the most clear, Shriekmaw has a CMC of 5 even if you cast it for using evoke. It can never be countered with Spell Snare.

No, no matter what you paid to cast a spell the spell's CMC is determined by adding up the manna cost in the upper right hand corner of the card. Also Spell Snare only counters a spell with CMC of exactly 2, so there is that.
