What would happen to land if it became a 0/0 creature?

What would happen to lands if Mycosynth Lattice and March of the Machines were on the field at the same time? Would each land become a 0/0 creature and die immediately?

Yep. State based actions would check and kill them. That's exactly why people use both of them.
