What happens when a creature with 2 spells ciphered on it deals combat damage?

When playing with a friend I had 2 Hidden Strings ciphered on Nivix Cyclops that got through with combat damage. Would they both go off at once so I would untap my lands at once, or would one go off so I could untap some of my lands and cast an instant spell while the other was on the stack?

They are independent abilities, and the copied spells are cast independently. You cast the copy during the resolution of the ability, so the two copies will never actually be on the stack together.

The first ability will resolve, and you will cast your copy. The copy will resolve. Then the second ability will resolve, and you will cast your copy. The second copy will resolve. You can respond to any of these steps.
