Waste Not with dual card type

I have Waste Not on the field and my opponent discarded an Eidolon of the Great Revel card. Do I draw a card, put 2/2 Zombie or both?
The restrictions on the third ability requires neither of the first two to trigger, the first and second can trigger at the same time though if they discard a Dryad Arbor. That specific scenario is the only way to trigger more than one ability on a single discard.

An opponent discarding Eidolon of the Great Revel would only trigger Waste Not's first ability. The third ability requires a non creature card to be discarded. Eidolon of the Great Revel is both an enchantment and a creature.
