Vryn Wingmare question

If my opponent has a Vryn Wingmare in play and I cast a Goblin Dark-Dwellers, does the cost increase from the Wingmare still apply to the spell I cast from my graveyard? Or does GDD get around that?

It does apply. Alternate costs (in this case, casting without paying the mana cost) are decided on before cost increases or reductions take place.

117.9d If an alternative cost is being paid to cast a spell, any additional costs, cost increases, and cost reductions that affect that spell are applied to that alternative cost. (See rule 601.2f.)
