Vorel of the Hull Clade and counters?

So does Vorel of the Hull Clade DOUBLE counters? Or does Vorel just add ONE counter. Let's say Nimbus Swimmer is a 7/7. Can I do Vorels ability to make it a 14/14, or just an 8/8?

Oh wait it says for EACH counter, so that that means it DOES double, right?

Yes, Vorel doubles all counters on the target.

Note that this means if a creature has 2 charge counters and a -1/-1 counter, both would get doubled.

What about experience counters?

Experience counters are not artifacts/creatures/lands so I would guess it doesn't work on them.
