Volition Reins & Switcheroo

If i stole creature with Volition Reins and i use Switcheroo to exchange control of it with another creature my opponent controls, who controls creature enchanted by Volition Reins?

Volition Reins says "You control enchanted permanent".

Switcheroo says that my opponent should have control of that creature.

Timestamps are used in this situation: The latest control effect is the one that is applied. In this case, your opponent will control the creature with the reins on it.
