until end turn effects and copying

so I control a creature and I cast Retraction Helix to have it gain tap effect. then I cast Supplant Form targetting it. will the copy token has Retraction Helix effect permanently?

No. Copy effects only copy what is written on the card, plus any text-changing effects and additional copy effects. Abilities, counters, and stat changes caused by other effects are not copied.
