unexpected results and sigiled starfish

Can I useSigiled Starfish to scry before the reveal effect of Unexpected Results to see if the card on top is what I want to reveal?

You can stack Sigiled Starfish scry ability on top of Unexpected Results and resolve the starfish first.

Results makes you shuffle first, so scrying with Starfish doesn't accomplish anything.

Once a spell or ability starts resolving, no one has priority to make any responses until it's finished. You can't activate Sigiled Starfish in-between the shuffle part of Unexpected Results and the rest of the effect.

No you cannot. Once a spell or ability has started to resolve it must fully resolve before anyone can get priority to do anything.
