Two Vorinclex, Voice of Hungers.

Say I have Dual Nature on the battlefield and I cast Vorinclex, Voice of Hunger. It resolves and I get a token of said creature as well. Now, the question arises:
Would one be able to tap each land for +2 additional mana before (or during) the legend rule kicks in?
Activating mana abilities has special conditions, one being: they can be activated before, or during, the resolution of any spell or ability.
Or would the legend rule be to quick to happen for any player to float mana?

There are two times at which you can activate a mana ability: when you have priority or when a spell or ability is resolving and it requires you to pay mana. State-based actions will kill your extra copy of Vorinclex before you reach either of those scenarios. You won't get anything out of this situation.

I'm just quoting the gatherer page, but the legend rule would kill one of them before you could do anything:
If a legendary creature enters the battlefield, the token is put onto the battlefield and then the "legend rule" forces its controller to put either the original or the token into its owner's graveyard before any player can take any actions.
