Two-Headed Giant - Life gain trigger.

In Two-Headed Giant, you and your teammate share a life total.

When your teammate gains life, your shared life total goes up.

So, if I control something that triggers when I gain life... let's say Cliffhaven Vampire... and my teammate gains life, does this trigger?

I'm going to be playing my first Two-Headed Giant on Friday, and want to know, if we get something like Cliffhaven Vampire, do we need to put the life gain in the same deck as it, or can we spread it out and not worry about who is gaining life.

...And if I had just checked Gatherer before posting I would have noticed that Wizards specifically addressed this.

1/22/2016: In a Two-Headed Giant game, life gained by your teammate wont cause the ability to trigger, even though it causes your teams life total to increase.
