Tooth and Claw

Tooth and Claw states that "Sacrifice 2 creatures" but it doesn't state if YOU need to sacrifice it, can I sacrifice opponents creature or do they need to be mine?

You can only sacrifice things that you control.

They have to be yours. You just can't sacrifice your opponents creatures.

Rule:To sacrifice a permanent, its controller moves it from the battlefield directly to its owners graveyard. A player cant sacrifice something that isnt a permanent, or something thats a permanent he or she doesnt control. Sacrificing a permanent doesnt destroy it, so regeneration or other effects that replace destruction cant affect this action.

Okay then, thanks for the answer, bur another question, this applies only to me, my friends say that any enchantment that has nothing but enchantment on them can be used by others players unless it states that directly like Warstorm Surge or Fervor, I told him unless he controlled it, it was only mine effect

Separate questions should go in separate question threads.

That said, any permanent with an activated ability like Greed can only be activated by the controller of the permanent unless the card says otherwise, whether they be enchantments, artifacts or creatures.

The kind of card that says otherwise will be things like Well of Knowledge that say "Any player may"
