Tishana, Voice of Thunder and God-Pharaoh's Gift interaction

If I bring Tishana, Voice of Thunder back with God-Pharaoh's Gift ability, what will her power and toughness be? Does her first ability override the fact gift makes her a 4/4 and she's just equal to the number of cards in your hand or does she become a 4/4 that gets a buff based on the cards in your hand?

It will be a 4/4.

The first ability on Tishana, Voice of Thunder is a special type of ability called a characteristic-defining ability (CDA). If part of a copy effect replaces or otherwise doesn't copy a certain characteristic of the original, then it also doesn't copy any CDAs related to that characteristic. The way they're written, God-Pharaoh's Gift, The Scarab God, and the eternalize ability in general won't copy CDAs related to color, creature type, or P/T.
