Thousand Year Storm Infinite Loop

My opponent casts Radical Idea with Thousand-Year Storm out. In response to the storm trigger, they cast Expansion. I cast Sinister Sabotage on Radical Idea. Does the game enter an infinite loop since the only legal target for Expansion is other Expansions?

You seem to have double posted, but to make sure the answer is here as well:
No. Both Thousand-Year Storm and Expansion give the option to choose new targets, but do not require it. Your opponent has the option to leave the target unchanged, which will allow the stack to clear, breaking the loop.
