Tasigur as a commander

If Tasigur, the Golden Fang is my commander can I delve for the commander tax? I am assuming no but just making sure.
Rules for interactions involving being a commander and the command zone in general are ones I am never 100% sure with so thanks for the clarification. It is really nice to have the option of delving for the commander tax as well as his base cost.

You can. Delve allows you to pay for any amount of the total cost, including cost increases/additional costs and minus any cost reductions.
