Can I target a creature spell in the stack with Mystic Reflection ?

Nope.

Mystic Reflection refers to 'creatures'. This specifically means a creature on the battlefield. In all other zones, those are refered to as 'creature cards' or, if it's on the stack, a 'creature spell'

No.

When a spell or ability refers to a game object by only type it is referring to a permanent of that type. Spells on the stack are referred to as "TYPE spell". In all other zones "TYPE card" is used.
