If i control Prime Speaker Zegana with three +1/+1 counters on it, then I cast Supplant Form targeting Zegana, will my token Zegana enter with four counters or none?
If i control Prime Speaker Zegana with three +1/+1 counters on it, then I cast Supplant Form targeting Zegana, will my token Zegana enter with four counters or none?

If you don't control any other creatures, your token Prime Speaker Zegana will not enter with any counters. The original creature is returned to its owner's hand before the token is created. Remember that effects always occur in the order in which they're written.
