Strionic Resonator + Opponent's Kaalia

• Can one, in response to an opponent's Kaalia of the Vast trigger, copy the trigger with Strionic Resonator and cheat in a creature one's self?
• If so, does the creature come in tapped, but not attacking since it is not your turn.

If you do manage to copy the ability (though I can't think of a way to) you will get to put an angel, demon, or dragon into play tapped, though not attacking.
