Storm question

if i cast a spell with storm for example Empty the Warrens does it count itself in the storm?? if neither i or my oponent cast anything in this turn, if i cast it, it will create 4Goblins or 2?

It's just 2. The reminder text is a little bit ambiguous, but the CRT is a lot more clear about it:

• 702.39a Storm is a triggered ability that functions on the stack. Storm means When you cast this spell, put a copy of it onto the stack for each other spell that was cast before it this turn.

"Each other spell" would mean that it only counts other spells, not itself.

Even as written on the card, it says "each spell cast before it" which wouldn't count itself without the "other" If you only cast it, you cast no spells before it so you'd get no copies. I don't actually see an ambiguity in the reminder text.
