Storm and simultaneous castings.

If a spell with storm ( Mind's Desire or Grapeshot ) is cast at the same time as other spells, such as during the resolution of Epic Experiment , does the storm ability count the other spells? I know the spells are all cast as part of the resolution of Epic Experiment and so I can put them on the stack in whatever order I choose, but are they actually considered to be cast simultaneously or in the order that I put them on the stack?

When resolving Epic Experiment you choose the order that you are casting the spells in, which is important both because they're resolve in last in first out order, and because any Storm triggers will only count spells cast prior to them. Any storm triggers will be put on the stack above the last spell you cast, and if there are multiple storm triggers you'll choose the order in which they resolve, but they'll still only cast the number of spells cast before the triggering spell, not before the trigger resolves. Spells created by the Storm trigger(s) will resolve before any spells cast during the resolution of Epic Experiment .
