Does Silklash Spider get through indestructible creatures?

No. They will be dealt damage, but lethal damage destroys creatures, and they can't be destroyed.

The only two ways you can get an indestructible creature to die are to make its controller sacrifice it or make its toughness 0 or less. Damage of any kind, or "destroy" effects won't help.

Any other way of interacting that doesn't involve the graveyard (exiling, bouncing, eating the card and pretending your opponent is crazy when they call a judge) still works.
