Shaman mass removal combo

I'm writing this out to make sure it tracks properly.
Setup: Sachi, Daughter of Seshiro in play, Harmonic Prodigy in play, Vampire Nighthawk equipped with Thornbite Staff in play.
1: Pay and tap Nighthawk to deal 1 damage to something, killing it with deathtouch. Staff puts a triggered untap on the stack, Prodigy copies the untap.
2: First untap resolves. Sachi lets Nighthawk tap for . Copied untap resolves.
End point: You now have floating and all creatures untapped, so you can repeat this process indefinitely.
Am I tracking this correctly? And is there a more efficient way to go through the process?

Yes, this works the way you think it does. Everyone will have an opportunity to make a response after the first untap trigger resolves and before the second one starts, so you're allowed to activate the mana ability granted by Sachi.
