Scion the Ur-Dragon and Dragon Broodmother

Since no player has priority during untap step of beginning phase, and If you are using Scion's ability to create a copy of broodmother (which broodmothers ability is to create a 1/1 red/green dragon with devour2 and flying at the beginning of each upkeep)

Can Scions activated ability be done after the untap step, and before upkeep?

No, the earliest that players receive priority in a turn is the upkeep step. By the time a player receives priority all beginning of upkeep triggers will have triggered.

Thanks. Also, tried linking Scion of the Ur-Dragon, but it showed a deck instead of card.
