Scion of the Ur Dragon

If you are running Scion of the Ur-Dragon as your general and you use his ability to transform him into another dragon does he still count as doing commander damage?

Also, note that transform has a specific meaning in Magic (see Huntmaster of the Fells Flip ).

Yes it will. Your Commander is the Commander card itself; no matter what it happens to be at any point. A Commander that is a copy of another card is still your Commander.
