Sarkhn and Abzan charm

Sarkhan, the Dragonspeaker is turned into the dragon. I can them target him with an Abzan Charm and exile him. Is that correct? Or does it have to be a card that can target walkers?

That is correct.

Sarkhan, the Dragonspeaker 's +1 turns him into "a legendary 4/4 red Dragon creature with flying, indestructible, and haste." He's no longer a planeswalker, so Abzan Charm can exile him since he's a creature.

Whether or not he's still a planeswalker doesn't really matter, since Abzan Charm can target any creature, regardless of what other types it has. It will work just as well on Gideon Jura as it does a Siege Rhino , a Phyrexian Dreadnought , whatever.
