Runed Halo and ability all game

So if I played Runed Halo and I named a card, if Runed Halo was destroyed and left the battlefield would I still have protection for that card

Unless otherwise specified, static abilities of permanents cards are only in effect when those cards are permanents. Runed Halo's second ability only states "You have protection from the chosen name." It doesn't create a duration for this effect, so it's only true while Runed Halo is on the battlefield.

No, you wouldn't. Since Runed Halo left the battlefield there's nothing that gives you protection anymore so won't have protection.
