Reforge the Soul and Emrakul, the Aeons Torn

Let me see if I understand how this works. I cast Reforge the Soul when I have Emrakul, the Aeons Torn in my hand. Reforge the soul goes to the graveyard after I’ve discarded my hand, shuffled my graveyard into my library and drawn 7 cards?

So I discard, draw 7, then shuffle Reforge and the graveyard into the library as part of Emrakul’s trigger. That makes sense.

The shuffling in this scenario happens last. If a triggered ability triggers in the middle of another spell or ability resolving, it has to wait until that other spell/ability is completely finished resolving before it can be put onto the stack. In your example, Emrakul, the Aeons Torn triggers when you discard your hand, but it isn't put onto the stack yet. You draw 7 cards, put Reforge the Soul into the graveyard as the last step of resolving the spell, and then put Emrakul's trigger on the stack.
