Ramos' ability

If I exile Ramos, Dragon Engine with, let's say, Eldrazi Displacer or Deadeye Navigator and then return it to the battlefield, can I use its ability of generating mana twice (or more times) in a turn?

Yup. When Ramos reenters the battlefield it becomes a new object as far as the game is concerned and isn't concerned with any restrictions that the old object had. You can activate the ability once per Ramos object thingie per turn.

Keep in mind that changing zones will remove any counters Ramos previously had, so you'll have to charge it back up again first.
