rally the ancestors w/ token generators

So... if you cast Rally the Ancestors putting creatures into play with etb token creating benefits? even after end step, and the "summoned" creatures have to be exiled. you still get to keep the tokens right?
...say, in an insane world Rally the Ancestors bringing back Desolation Twin or Brood Monitor etc.
tokens would remain?

FYI: Rally the Ancestors doesn't let you get a token from Desolation Twin. The Twin's trigger is on "cast", not "enters the battlefield".

The tokens would remain. Rally the Ancestors creates a delayed triggered ability that is linked to its other ability. "Those creatures" that are to be exiled are only "those creatures" that were returned to the battlefield from your graveyard by Rally the Ancestors. Tokens put into play by other triggers may have been the result of those creatures entering the battlefield, but were not returned to the battlefield by Rally the Ancestors, they were put there by other abilities.
