The new card is :
Firesong and Sunspeaker
Legendary Creature Minotaur Cleric 4/6
Red instant and sorcery spells you control have lifelink.
Whenever a white instant or sorcery spell causes you to gain life, Firesong and Sunspeaker deals 3 damage to target creature or player.
Now, the questions are, with that creature in play, How much damage and life do you do/gain when you resolve:

A total of 9 damage (3+3+3) and 6 life (3+3) for Lightning Helix, and a total of 7 damage (4+3) and 4 life for Boros Charm.
As-written, the damage and life gain in Lightning Helix's effect are two separate events. This means the lifelink granted by Firesong and Sunspeaker and the built-in lifegain will cause Firesong and Sunspeaker to trigger twice as Helix resolves. There will only be a single life-gaining event as Boros Charm resolves, so Firesong and Sunspeaker will only trigger once in that example.
