What happens if I copy an activated ability that causes a creature to flip, like Shrill Howler  ^Flip?

If a creature has Presence of Gond on it and it has a +1/+1 counter, can Experiment Kraj use the ability and tap to make an elf?

Nothing happens if you are instructed to transform a card that isn't a DFC. So activating Shrill Howler  ^Flip from an Experiment Kraj will not do anything.

701.28c If a spell or ability instructs a player to transform a permanent that isn’t represented by a transforming double-faced card, nothing happens.

Presence of Gond grants an activated ability to the enchanted creature. Experiment Kraj has the activated abilities of creatures with +1/+1 counters on them. If a creature is enchanted with Presence of Gond and has a +1/+1 counter on it, Experiment Kraj will also have the ability to tap for an elf.
