Question about Teferi's Puzzle Box

I just wanted to double check a ruling to make sure I have this interaction correct. I think it seems obvious but I honestly have never ocurred this interaction. Since Damia, Sage of Stone skips my draw step, would Teferi's Puzzle Box ever trigger for me given both are on the battlefield?
Your suspicions are correct, Teferi's Puzzle Box does require a draw step to be able to trigger, whereas Damia, Sage of Stone completely skips that step, meaning it doesn't get the chance to trigger on your own turn.
Teferi's Puzzle Box will still trigger on opponents draw steps however.

No, it won't trigger. Like any other triggered ability, Teferi's Puzzle Box will only trigger when the given event happens. If your draw step never begins then there's nothing to trigger the ability.
