Question about confusion in the ranks

I wanna make a casual Confusion in the Ranks deck and here is my question: Lets say that confusion is on the battlefield and I play Custody Battle and I exchange with my opponent. Does he choose where to attach Custody Battle ?
so if I attach it at a creature opponent gains control of both of them when we exchange?

No. The aura and creature are still separate objects and can have separate controllers. When a player gains control of a creature with objects attached to it (equipment, auras, etc) those objects do remain attached, but that player doesn't gain control of the attached objects.

No. When you cast an aura, you choose a target for it, and the aura becomes attached to the permanent as it enters the battlefield. Even if someone else gains control of the aura, it won't become unattached. The other player will just gain control of it.
