Puresteel Paladin and Bludgeon Brawl

If I have both Puresteel Paladin and Bludgeon Brawl and I play Rustvale Bridge, does it enter the battlefield as an equipment and trigger the card draw?

Yes. Bludgeon Brawl is modifying cards as a state-based effect, any card that enters play and meets the conditions specified enters with the modifications specified since all cards that meet the specified requirements (being a non creature, non equipment artifact) in play have those modifications (is an equipment).

I don't think the exact layering rules apply, but a similar situation is seen with a Blood Moon in play and a land like Dark Depths. It simply enters as a mountain.
