Prowess of the Fair vs Anger of the Gods

Would Prowess of the Fair trigger if the elves get wiped out but Anger of the Gods?

No, the creatures killed by Anger of the Gods get exiled instead of being put into your graveyard and Prowess of the Fair only triggers if the Elves go to the graveyard.

If they died to something that didn't cause them to be exiled, such as Pyroclasm, it would work. The trigger goes onto the stack as the creatures die from the spell's resolution. By the time you are resolving the triggers, the spell has already fully resolved, and they are in no danger from it.
