Primordial Hydra and Mwonvuli Beast Tracker?

Would Mwonvuli Beast Tracker be able to fetch Primordial Hydra due to it's text saying "Primordial Hydra has trample as long as it has ten or more +1/+1 counters on it."?

No. The creature has to have the ability at all times. Even if the condition was "This creature has Trample as long as it's on the battlefield," it wouldn't be the same as simply "Trample," so Mwonvuli Beast Tracker would not be able to fetch it.
