You have already cast the spell, which is the only condition for triggering the bounty, so you will get the triggered effect of Primeval Bounty, so will get 3x2 counters due to both enchantments. What happens to the spell is irrelevant for this part.

A good clue is since Primeval Bounty is a "whenever you cast" trigger you can't put the counters on the slime produced by Slime Molding even if it was not countered. The ability from Primeval Bounty resolves first before the slime is even on the table.

No you dont recieve any counters since Cancel took care of Slime Molding . When a spell is cast it enters the battlefield or resolves. Since the only spell here that resolves is Cancel you get nothing.

From the Gatherer rulings on Animar (Bounty does not have the same rulings in Gatherer, but Animar does and it has a very similar trigger):

9/22/2011: The triggered ability will resolve before the creature spell does.9/22/2011: If the creature spell is countered, you'll still put a +1/+1 counter on Animar.

A spell is cast when all the requirements to put it on the stack are met. Whether it resolves or not, it is considered to be successfully cast. Any spell has to be cast before it can be countered. Also, spells do resolve, but not all of them enter the battlefield, only cards that are permanents do. Slime molding is creating a creature, but does not ETB itself; it will activate the second triggered ability of Bounty, but not the first one.

Keyword: whenever you cast. This means that even if the spell is countered, the ability would still trigger.
