Power Conduit So can I put charge counters on any artifact? even artifacts that don't use charge counters? (use them as storage for charge counters)

If yes, does that mean I could place charge counters on my artifact lands?

Yes, any counter is able to go on any permanent, even if it is useless. (I.e. +1/+1 counters on non-animated lands)

You can put a charge counter on an artifact land, say Darksteel Citadel because Power Conduit only cares that it be an artifact.
