Playing abilites/instants after "When it enters the battlefield, sac it if X"?

Let's say I play Phyrexian Dreadnought . Once it enters the battlefield, it triggers it's ability. Can I respond to this with Ghoulcaller's Gisa's ability and make 12 zombies (and then choose the "bury it" option on Phyrexian Dreadnought)?

Yes. Always check a card's Gatherer first. Usually they have easy rulings under the cards's entry, like this one:

• If the Dreadnought is no longer on the battlefield when the triggered ability resolves, you may still choose either option.
