Does Phyrexian Revoker 's effect last even if it dies?
For example, I used Phyrexian Revoker on Thassa, God of the Sea , by effect, she will not be able to activate the ability right? But what if [Phyrexian Revoker]] dies?

No. Unless otherwise specified, static abilities of permanent cards function only while those cards are permanents. Their effects end if the sources leave the battlefield.
